How Steffens Law Office is Different From Other Firms

For Bankruptcy, we have a flat fee and we aren’t going to surprise you with hidden additional charges. Our fee is all-inclusive. We prepare all of the paperwork for you, so you don’t have to, and we promise to never send you a long questionnaire to fill out. We will even assign you your own case manager.  That way, you can talk with the same person every time you call, and they will be intimately familiar with your case.

All you have to do is call into our office and everything can be done over the phone, through email, fax or mail. We even offer to meet you by Zoom videoconference (we “Zoom” every day) so that you can have a face to face meeting from the comfort of your own home. You don’t have to worry about missing work or driving to our office. No office appointments are required!

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Central Time and Fridays from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Central Time. You can call us anytime during those hours and someone will be available to speak with you. You can even call us outside of those hours and leave us a voicemail and we will return your call once we are back in the office. We know that we can come up with the best solution for your situation.
